We guarantee our pull out shelves to be free from manufacturers defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Because we can not control the installation or use of the slide out shelves we can not make any guarantee on the suitability of your installation or use of our products. If you have a problem with your sliding shelves due to a defect in manufacturing you will need to return the product with a copy of your original order or your order number. Please contact us first for a return authorization number. We will repair or replace the defective product and return it to you for no charge except for the shipping. If there is a problem due to improper installation or misuse contact us and let us know what problem you have and we will do our best the help you.
